Booking & payment

A booking is secured with a deposit paid via Stripe at the time you choose your service and slot. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. The Monthly Maintenance Plan is billed £60 per calendar month via Stripe until cancelled, and can only be started once a Deep Clean or a polishing service has already been carried out on the vehicle.

Cancellations, no-shows & weather

Exact policy wording is being finalised with the owner - this section will state the notice period for a free reschedule, what happens on a no-show, and how weather-related rescheduling is handled.

Access to your booking

Your 9-digit code and magic link are how you and HS Car Care both identify your booking. Keep them private - anyone with either can view or amend your appointment.

Cancelling the Monthly Maintenance Plan

You can cancel at any time from the My Booking page using your code. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
